We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $150 within Australia.

Local Shipping

If you are local to Newcastle NSW, select the ‘local pick up’ option and we will contact you to arrange a time to pick up your order. Warehouse located in Stockrington (Near Minmi).

International Shipping

Unfortunately we don't ship outside of Australia at this stage.

Delivery Time Frame

We like to get our orders out to you as soon as possible however at times there may be a delay due to an increase in orders, Covid-19 or unpredictable events. For planned delays we will provide notice of this period.

Shipping can take up to 7-15 business days once dispatched. Please refer to the couriers website for further information.

We do not ship internationally at this stage.

Due to current restrictions in Australia, your delivery might take little longer to arrive. Please keep in mind these situations are out of our control and changing all time. We will keep our customers posted if there are any changes within delivery timeline.

Damage or Loss

While every effort is made to ensure your order reaches you safely, if it is left unattended as Authority to Leave, we take no responsibility for any damage or loss that might occur after your parcel has been marked as delivered. In the event that damage or loss has occurred, please contact the courier, quoting the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.
