Yes, we have tried and tested all of our products since 2020 with our own family.

How long will my delivery take?

Our delivery time is 7 to 15 business days within Australia. We do not ship outside of Australia at present.

COVID-19 Response:

Due to current restrictions in Australia, your delivery might take little longer to arrive. Please keep in mind these situations are out of our control and changing all time. We will keep our customers posted if there are any changes within delivery timeline.

My order has not arrived, what should I do?

Your first step should be to contact the courier in your shipped confirmation email. After this if you have further queries please contact us via our contact us page.

I've changed my mind after purchase. Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to change of mind, please be 100% sure of your choice before placing an order.

My package wont arrived in time and its for an event. Can I get a refund?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to shipping delays. Please be mindful that once it has left our warehouse we are unable to control the couriers company. 

The colours aren't what I was expecting. Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to the colour. Be mindful that each monitor or device can slightly alter the colors. Please be 100% sure of your choice before placing an order.
