Return Policy

Faults and Returns

Refunds will be given on a case by case basis, and only for items that are deemed faulty.

All of our products undergo a stringent quality control check prior to leaving our care.

Returns are not eligible for normal wear & tear, or rough handling and/or incorrect use of our products.

We will not refund or exchange for minor cosmetic irregularities such as knots and patterns in our wooden products. As mentioned in our product listings, please allow for variations in the blocks due to the nature of timber and its natural characteristics.

If there is a fault with your product please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. You can contact us via our contact form or email us at hello@remarkableplay.com with your order number.

The product will undergo an inspection upon its return to us before an exchange is approved.

If approved for exchange, this is for the same product/style as originally purchased. However if the product is faulty, we will offer a refund within 14 business days of receiving your order less the original shipping cost.

Change of Mind, Colour or Size

We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to change of mind, please be 100% sure of your choice before placing an order.

Refunds are not available where you simply change your mind after you have made your order or you discovered you picked the wrong colour or the item does not fit.

Due to variations of colour settings and qualities of phone/tablet/computer screen, it is unavoidable that colours will appear differently for everyone. The colours in photos and named descriptors are subjective, approximate, and may vary.

Sizes of items listed in descriptions are approximate and is measured as the overall width laying down flat. The actual size may vary. Please allow 1-2cm differences in size.
